Sometimes you just need to see what is in the EBMD file, without having to perform more complicated operations. In this case, it is enough that you use the so-called EBMD Viewer. If you still cannot see the contents of the EBMD file, but also don't see the need to install dedicated software, then there are other solutions. A large proportion of the data formats are simply archives or plain text files. If this is the case, you can try to preview the contents of EBMD file with "Notepad". I can at least to some extent let you see the contents of the file with the extension EBMD.
The second attempt may be with a data archiving program. Try to open your file with e.g. Winrar or Winzip. If our theory proves to be correct, you should see the tree of files contained in the archive.
