How to view ENTITLEMENTS file?

It often happens that you only need to preview the contents of the ENTITLEMENTS file, without the need to edit or process the data contained in it. In this case, it is enough that you use the so-called ENTITLEMENTS Viewer. Such a program allows us only to display the contents of the ENTITLEMENTS file.
