To edit BLI file, we strongly recommend installing software that works with BLI files. There are many tools known as BLI Online Editors, but it is not certain that they operate in a way that keeps the data contained in the file safe.
Please note that not every program that supports BLI will allow you to edit the file. If you want, you can learn more about the BLI file extension.
This is definitely the surest way. Use any of the programs that support the BLI file to check if it allows you to edit the file. Remember that many file types have a text format and you can preview their contents by opening them, for example, with Windows Notepad. But beware - making manual changes to the BLI file or another may result in its damage. If you make inappropriate changes and save the file, it may happen that you do not reopen the BLI file..
