To edit FBX file, we strongly recommend installing software that works with FBX files. There are many tools known as FBX Online Editors, but it is not certain that they operate in a way that keeps the data contained in the file safe.
Please note that not every program that supports FBX will allow you to edit the file. Additional information about the FBX file extension can be found here.
This is definitely the surest way. Choose one of the programs that support the FBX file extension, open your file and check the editing options. It's safest to download the software from the developer's website. You will find links to the software developers' websites on the subpage of each program. Remember that many file types have a text format and you can preview their contents by opening them, for example, with Windows Notepad. However, such manual editing of the FBX file or any other file may result in damage to the file. When you save the changes, you may no longer open the FBX file. By far the safest way is to use file editing programs that works with the FBX extension.
