To edit HT file, we strongly recommend installing software that works with HT files. Of course, there are probably HT Online Editors available, but none of them will be able to provide such a wide range of available options as dedicated software.
Please note that not every program that supports HT will allow you to edit the file. Additional information about the HT file extension can be found here.
This is the best way. Choose one of the programs that support the HT file extension, open your file and check the editing options. Most of the file formats are simply text format saved under a different extension - so you can open them e.g. with Windows Notepad However, it's dangerous, you can permanently damage your HT file. After saving the changes, it may not be possible to reopen the HT file. It is safest to use software that was created to edit files in the HT format.
