To edit OLV file, we strongly recommend installing software that works with OLV files. Using tools such as OLV Online Editors gives less editing possibilities than software adapted to work with the OLV file format.
Please note that not every program that supports OLV will allow you to edit the file. Additional information about the OLV file extension can be found here.
Definitely the best solution. Try to open the OLV file with one of the programs and it will see if you can edit the OLV file.
