To edit PICT file, we strongly recommend installing software that works with PICT files. There are many tools known as PICT Online Editors, but it is not certain that they operate in a way that keeps the data contained in the file safe.
Please note that not every program that supports PICT will allow you to edit the file. Additional information about the PICT file extension can be found here.
This is the best way. Try to open the PICT file with one of the programs and it will see if you can edit the PICT file. It's safest to download the software from the developer's website.
