To edit POM file, we strongly recommend installing software that works with POM files. There are many tools known as POM Online Editors, but it is not certain that they operate in a way that keeps the data contained in the file safe.
Please note that not every program that supports POM will allow you to edit the file. Additional information about the POM file extension can be found here.
Definitely the best solution. Choose one of the programs that support the POM file extension, open your file and check the editing options. You will avoid the danger of virus installation if you download the software from the software developer 's website. Most of the file formats are simply text format saved under a different extension - so you can open them e.g. with Windows Notepad However, it's dangerous, you can permanently damage your POM file. After saving the changes, it may not be possible to reopen the POM file. By far the safest way is to use file editing programs that works with the POM extension.
