To edit SV$ file, we strongly recommend installing software that works with SV$ files. Using tools such as SV$ Online Editors gives less editing possibilities than software adapted to work with the SV$ file format.
The installation of the program that supports the SV$ file does not guarantee that the file can be edited. Additional information about the SV$ file extension can be found here.
This is the best way. Use any of the programs that support the SV$ file to check if it allows you to edit the file. The most proven method is to download the installer from the developer's website. Remember that many file types have a text format and you can preview their contents by opening them, for example, with Windows Notepad.
