To edit TGW file, we strongly recommend installing software that works with TGW files. Using tools such as TGW Online Editors gives less editing possibilities than software adapted to work with the TGW file format.

Definitely the best solution. Try to open the TGW file with one of the programs and it will see if you can edit the TGW file. It's safest to download the software from the developer's website.
