How to open DEX file?

How to open DEX file? 9 steps
If the user comes across a file named Dalvik Executable Format, but is unable to open it, the first thing to do is to take the following steps:
- Check if the Dalvik Executable Format file can be handled by the given operating system. It may turn out that DEX files are not compatible with your system.
- No default Dex2Jar application in the system or Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, Google Android SDK, Dedexer will prevent you from opening DEX files. If there is no such program, install it (or download it earlier).
