Other possibilities to view the contents of the CSM file

You haven't seen the content of your CSM file yet and you don't need additional software? Try other options. Many file types are simply text files or data archives. In this case, you can try to open your CSM file with the simplest text editor, for example with "Notepad". This solution does not guarantee that the problem will be solved, but it will often allow you to view the data in the CSM file to some extent.

The second way is to use a data archiving program. Try to open your file with e.g. Winrar or Winzip. If our theory proves to be correct, you should see the tree of files contained in the archive. Go to the information page about the CSM file extension. to see what kind of data it contains.
