Sometimes you just need to see what is in the DCST file, without having to perform more complicated operations. Then do not install dedicated software and use tools such as DCST Viewer. This type of tool is nothing more than a program or an online application that allows you to easily view the content of the data stored in the DCST file. To view the content of the DCST file you can use several options:
Our DCST Viewer did not live up to what I expected? Choose something else The first is to download the software that supports DCST files Here are some sample programs that can help you. By choosing the option to install dedicated software, you will also be able to e.g. edit the DCST file and sometimes even convert the DCST file.
The first important thing is that you will need to download and install a dedicated application that supports the DCST format on your device. In this situation, unfortunately, you cannot see the DCST file online. Here you will need more time to use this solution, but you will also have more options. Below you will find a list of example applications that are dedicated to working with the DCST file - for the full list go to DCST File Opener
If you haven't been able to preview the contents of the DCST file yet, or you don't want to install any dedicated programming to handle these files, you can try something else. Many file types are simply text files or data archives. In this case, you can try to open your DCST file with the simplest text editor, for example with "Notepad". I can at least to some extent let you see the contents of the file with the extension DCST.
The second way is to use a data archiving program. Try to open your file with e.g. Winrar or Winzip. If your DCST file belongs to the archived files category, you will see a list of files inside the archive. To get information about what kind of data it is, go to the subpage with information about the DCST file extension.
