There are times when you only need to display the contents of the EXAM file. Then do not install dedicated software and use tools such as EXAM Viewer. In this case, you can try to open your EXAM file with the simplest text editor, for example with "Notepad". I can at least to some extent let you see the contents of the file with the extension EXAM.
The second way is to use a data archiving program. Try to open your file with e.g. Winrar or Winzip. If our theory proves to be correct, you should see the tree of files contained in the archive.
