There are times when you only need to display the contents of the IAP file. In this case, it is enough that you use the so-called IAP Viewer. Such a program allows us only to display the contents of the IAP file. To view the content of the IAP file, select one of the available options:

By using the dedicated software you will have more options, e.g. editing the IAP file or converting the IAP file to a different file format.
Note, however, that this solution requires you to download and install the software dedicated to handling the IAP file on your device. Unfortunately, it is not possible to see the IAP file online in this case. This solution is more problematic, but also allows for more processing options for the IAP file. You haven't seen the content of your IAP file yet and you don't need additional software? Try other options. A lot of file formats contain plain text data or packed data. If this is the case, you can try to preview the contents of IAP file with "Notepad". This does not guarantee success, but in most cases it will allow you to see the contents of the IAP file to some extent.
The second attempt may be with a data archiving program. Check if you can open your file with eg Winrar. If our theory proves to be correct, you should see the tree of files contained in the archive.
