There are times when you only need to display the contents of the ICL file. In this case, it is enough that you use the so-called ICL Viewer. Such a program allows us only to display the contents of the ICL file. To view the content of the ICL file, select one of the available options:

A lot of file formats contain plain text data or packed data. In this case, it is likely that you will be able to view the contents of ICL with a normal "Notepad". I can at least to some extent let you see the contents of the file with the extension ICL.
The second way is to use a data archiving program. Check if you can open your file with eg Winrar. If your ICL file belongs to the archived files category, you will see a list of files inside the archive.
