If you still cannot see the contents of the ILS file, but also don't see the need to install dedicated software, then there are other solutions. Many file types are simply text files or data archives. In this case, it is likely that you will be able to view the contents of ILS with a normal "Notepad". I can at least to some extent let you see the contents of the file with the extension ILS.
