There are times when you only need to display the contents of the KEYSTORE file. Then the tools called KEYSTORE Viewer come in handy. This type of tool is nothing more than a program or an online application that allows you to easily view the content of the data stored in the KEYSTORE file. You have several options to view the contents of the KEYSTORE file:
Our KEYSTORE Viewer did not live up to what I expected? Choose something else One of them is to use software that works with the KEYSTORE file. You can try to open your KEYSTORE file with one of these applications. By choosing the option to install dedicated software, you will also be able to e.g. edit the KEYSTORE file and sometimes even convert the KEYSTORE file.
Note, however, that this solution requires you to download and install the software dedicated to handling the KEYSTORE file on your device. Unfortunately, it is not possible to see the KEYSTORE file online in this case. This method is more complicated, but it offers more possibilities for working with the KEYSTORE file. Below you will find a list of example applications that are dedicated to working with the KEYSTORE file - for the full list go to KEYSTORE File Opener
If you haven't been able to preview the contents of the KEYSTORE file yet, or you don't want to install any dedicated programming to handle these files, you can try something else. Many file types are simply text files or data archives. In this case, you can try to open your KEYSTORE file with the simplest text editor, for example with "Notepad". This does not guarantee success, but in most cases it will allow you to see the contents of the KEYSTORE file to some extent.
The second attempt may be with a data archiving program. Open Winrar or Winzip and try to unpack your file. If your KEYSTORE file belongs to the archived files category, you will see a list of files inside the archive. Go to the information page about the KEYSTORE file extension. to see what kind of data it contains.
