If you choose to install software that supports PDM, you will have additional oppositions, such as converting the PDM file or editing the PDM file.

Other possibilities to view the contents of the PDM file

If you haven't been able to preview the contents of the PDM file yet, or you don't want to install any dedicated programming to handle these files, you can try something else. Many file types are simply text files or data archives. If this is the case, you can try to preview the contents of PDM file with "Notepad". This solution does not guarantee that the problem will be solved, but it will often allow you to view the data in the PDM file to some extent.

The second attempt may be with a data archiving program. Open Winrar or Winzip and try to unpack your file. If the file is a data archive, you should see what individual files it consists of.
