If you haven't been able to preview the contents of the PEE file yet, or you don't want to install any dedicated programming to handle these files, you can try something else. A large proportion of the data formats are simply archives or plain text files. If this is the case, you can try to preview the contents of PEE file with "Notepad". I can at least to some extent let you see the contents of the file with the extension PEE.
