There are times when you only need to display the contents of the PONT file. In this case, it is enough that you use the so-called PONT Viewer. Such a program allows us only to display the contents of the PONT file. You have several options to view the contents of the PONT file:
PONT viewer did not handle your file? Take advantage of other options One of them is to use software that works with the PONT file. Below are some examples of verified applications. By choosing the option to install dedicated software, you will also be able to e.g. edit the PONT file and sometimes even convert the PONT file.
The first important thing is that you will need to download and install a dedicated application that supports the PONT format on your device. In this situation, unfortunately, you cannot see the PONT file online. This solution is more problematic, but also allows for more processing options for the PONT file. Below you will find a list of example applications that are dedicated to working with the PONT file - for the full list go to PONT File Opener
If you haven't been able to preview the contents of the PONT file yet, or you don't want to install any dedicated programming to handle these files, you can try something else. Many file types are simply text files or data archives. In this case, you can try to open your PONT file with the simplest text editor, for example with "Notepad". This does not guarantee success, but in most cases it will allow you to see the contents of the PONT file to some extent.
The second way is to use a data archiving program. Try to open your file with e.g. Winrar or Winzip. If the file is a data archive, you should see what individual files it consists of. To get information about what kind of data it is, go to the subpage with information about the PONT file extension.
