If you haven't been able to preview the contents of the PSE file yet, or you don't want to install any dedicated programming to handle these files, you can try something else. Many file types are simply text files or data archives. In this case, you can try to open your PSE file with the simplest text editor, for example with "Notepad". I can at least to some extent let you see the contents of the file with the extension PSE.

As in the case of Notepad, you can also use the data archiving program. Open Winrar or Winzip and try to unpack your file. If our theory proves to be correct, you should see the tree of files contained in the archive.
