There are times when you only need to display the contents of the PTM file. In this case, it is enough that you use the so-called PTM Viewer. PTM viewer is some kind of simple tool that only allows you to view the contents of the PTM file. To view the content of the PTM file, select one of the available options:

By choosing the option to install dedicated software, you will also be able to e.g. edit the PTM file and sometimes even convert the PTM file.
The first important thing is that you will need to download and install a dedicated application that supports the PTM format on your device. Unfortunately, it is not possible to see the PTM file online in this case. Here you will need more time to use this solution, but you will also have more options. If you haven't been able to preview the contents of the PTM file yet, or you don't want to install any dedicated programming to handle these files, you can try something else. Many file types are simply text files or data archives. In this case, you can try to open your PTM file with the simplest text editor, for example with "Notepad". I can at least to some extent let you see the contents of the file with the extension PTM.
The second attempt may be with a data archiving program. Check if you can open your file with eg Winrar. If the file is a data archive, you should see what individual files it consists of. Go to the information page about the PTM file extension. to see what kind of data it contains.
