It often happens that you only need to preview the contents of the PTTS file, without the need to edit or process the data contained in it. Then do not install dedicated software and use tools such as PTTS Viewer. Such a program allows us only to display the contents of the PTTS file. I can at least to some extent let you see the contents of the file with the extension PTTS.
The second attempt may be with a data archiving program. Try to open your file with e.g. Winrar or Winzip. If our theory proves to be correct, you should see the tree of files contained in the archive. Go to the information page about the PTTS file extension. to see what kind of data it contains.
