The first important thing is that you will need to download and install a dedicated application that supports the REC format on your device. If you haven't been able to preview the contents of the REC file yet, or you don't want to install any dedicated programming to handle these files, you can try something else. A large proportion of the data formats are simply archives or plain text files. In this case, it is likely that you will be able to view the contents of REC with a normal "Notepad". I can at least to some extent let you see the contents of the file with the extension REC.
