It often happens that you only need to preview the contents of the RFT file, without the need to edit or process the data contained in it. In this case, it is enough that you use the so-called RFT Viewer. RFT viewer is some kind of simple tool that only allows you to view the contents of the RFT file. You have several options to view the contents of the RFT file:

You haven't seen the content of your RFT file yet and you don't need additional software? Try other options. Many file types are simply text files or data archives. If this is the case, you can try to preview the contents of RFT file with "Notepad". This does not guarantee success, but in most cases it will allow you to see the contents of the RFT file to some extent.
The second attempt may be with a data archiving program. Open Winrar or Winzip and try to unpack your file. If our theory proves to be correct, you should see the tree of files contained in the archive. Go to the information page about the RFT file extension. to see what kind of data it contains.
