Sometimes you just need to see what is in the SAS file, without having to perform more complicated operations. Then the tools called SAS Viewer come in handy. Such a program allows us only to display the contents of the SAS file. To view the content of the SAS file you can use several options:
If our SAS Viewer Online did not help you, you have a few more options. One of them is to use software that works with the SAS file. Here are some sample programs that can help you. By using the dedicated software you will have more options, e.g. editing the SAS file or converting the SAS file to a different file format.
The first important thing is that you will need to download and install a dedicated application that supports the SAS format on your device. In this situation, unfortunately, you cannot see the SAS file online. This solution is more problematic, but also allows for more processing options for the SAS file. You can find some examples of dedicated software below, and the full list is here SAS File Opener
You haven't seen the content of your SAS file yet and you don't need additional software? Try other options. Many file types are simply text files or data archives. In this case, it is likely that you will be able to view the contents of SAS with a normal "Notepad". This does not guarantee success, but in most cases it will allow you to see the contents of the SAS file to some extent.
As in the case of Notepad, you can also use the data archiving program. Try to open your file with e.g. Winrar or Winzip. If our theory proves to be correct, you should see the tree of files contained in the archive. If you don't know what type of SAS file is, learn more about SAS file extension.
