Sometimes you just need to see what is in the SESSION file, without having to perform more complicated operations. Then the tools called SESSION Viewer come in handy. Such a program allows us only to display the contents of the SESSION file. To view the content of the SESSION file, select one of the available options:
Our SESSION Viewer did not live up to what I expected? Choose something else For starters, we suggest installing software that supports SESSION files You can try to open your SESSION file with one of these applications. By choosing the option to install dedicated software, you will also be able to e.g. edit the SESSION file and sometimes even convert the SESSION file.
The first important thing is that you will need to download and install a dedicated application that supports the SESSION format on your device. In this case, it is not possible to view the SESSION file online. This method is more complicated, but it offers more possibilities for working with the SESSION file. Meet a few applications designed to work with SESSION and go to the full list - SESSION File Opener
If you haven't been able to preview the contents of the SESSION file yet, or you don't want to install any dedicated programming to handle these files, you can try something else. A large proportion of the data formats are simply archives or plain text files. If this is the case, you can try to preview the contents of SESSION file with "Notepad". This does not guarantee success, but in most cases it will allow you to see the contents of the SESSION file to some extent.
The second way is to use a data archiving program. Try to open your file with e.g. Winrar or Winzip. If our theory proves to be correct, you should see the tree of files contained in the archive. To get information about what kind of data it is, go to the subpage with information about the SESSION file extension.
