Sometimes you just need to see what is in the TEA file, without having to perform more complicated operations. Then the tools called TEA Viewer come in handy. If this is the case, you can try to preview the contents of TEA file with "Notepad". I can at least to some extent let you see the contents of the file with the extension TEA.
The second attempt may be with a data archiving program. Open Winrar or Winzip and try to unpack your file.
