If you still cannot see the contents of the TILE file, but also don't see the need to install dedicated software, then there are other solutions. A large proportion of the data formats are simply archives or plain text files. In this case, it is likely that you will be able to view the contents of TILE with a normal "Notepad". This does not guarantee success, but in most cases it will allow you to see the contents of the TILE file to some extent.

As in the case of Notepad, you can also use the data archiving program. Open Winrar or Winzip and try to unpack your file.
