If you still cannot see the contents of the TNT file, but also don't see the need to install dedicated software, then there are other solutions. A lot of file formats contain plain text data or packed data. In this case, it is likely that you will be able to view the contents of TNT with a normal "Notepad". I can at least to some extent let you see the contents of the file with the extension TNT.

As in the case of Notepad, you can also use the data archiving program. Open Winrar or Winzip and try to unpack your file. If our theory proves to be correct, you should see the tree of files contained in the archive. Go to the information page about the TNT file extension. to see what kind of data it contains.
