If you haven't been able to preview the contents of the URC file yet, or you don't want to install any dedicated programming to handle these files, you can try something else. Many file types are simply text files or data archives. In this case, it is likely that you will be able to view the contents of URC with a normal "Notepad". This does not guarantee success, but in most cases it will allow you to see the contents of the URC file to some extent.
