How to view VTD file?

Sometimes you just need to see what is in the VTD file, without having to perform more complicated operations. Then do not install dedicated software and use tools such as VTD Viewer. Such a program allows us only to display the contents of the VTD file. To view the content of the VTD file you can use several options:

Other options

If you haven't been able to preview the contents of the VTD file yet, or you don't want to install any dedicated programming to handle these files, you can try something else. A lot of file formats contain plain text data or packed data. In this case, you can try to open your VTD file with the simplest text editor, for example with "Notepad". This solution does not guarantee that the problem will be solved, but it will often allow you to view the data in the VTD file to some extent.

As in the case of Notepad, you can also use the data archiving program. Open Winrar or Winzip and try to unpack your file. If our theory proves to be correct, you should see the tree of files contained in the archive. To get information about what kind of data it is, go to the subpage with information about the VTD file extension.
