There are times when you only need to display the contents of the YCP file. In this case, it is enough that you use the so-called YCP Viewer. YCP viewer is some kind of simple tool that only allows you to view the contents of the YCP file. To view the content of the YCP file you can use several options:
If our YCP Viewer Online did not help you, you have a few more options. One of them is to use software that works with the YCP file. You can try to open your YCP file with one of these applications. By choosing the option to install dedicated software, you will also be able to e.g. edit the YCP file and sometimes even convert the YCP file.
Note, however, that this solution requires you to download and install the software dedicated to handling the YCP file on your device. In this case, it is not possible to view the YCP file online. Here you will need more time to use this solution, but you will also have more options. Below you will find a list of example applications that are dedicated to working with the YCP file - for the full list go to YCP File Opener
You haven't seen the content of your YCP file yet and you don't need additional software? Try other options. Many file types are simply text files or data archives. In this case, it is likely that you will be able to view the contents of YCP with a normal "Notepad". This solution does not guarantee that the problem will be solved, but it will often allow you to view the data in the YCP file to some extent.
The second way is to use a data archiving program. Check if you can open your file with eg Winrar. If the file is a data archive, you should see what individual files it consists of. Go to the information page about the YCP file extension. to see what kind of data it contains.
