If you need to edit the 3DD file, one of the safest methods is to download and install the software dedicated to working with 3DD files. Using tools such as 3DD Online Editors gives less editing possibilities than software adapted to work with the 3DD file format.

This is the best way. Use any of the programs that support the 3DD file to check if it allows you to edit the file. It's safest to download the software from the developer's website.
