To edit CEX file, we strongly recommend installing software that works with CEX files. Using tools such as CEX Online Editors gives less editing possibilities than software adapted to work with the CEX file format.
Remember, that not all of the mentioned programs will allow you to edit the CEX file. Additional information about the CEX file extension can be found here.
