To edit GW file, we strongly recommend installing software that works with GW files. Using tools such as GW Online Editors gives less editing possibilities than software adapted to work with the GW file format.
Please note that not every program that supports GW will allow you to edit the file. Additional information about the GW file extension can be found here.
This is definitely the surest way. Use any of the programs that support the GW file to check if it allows you to edit the file. The most proven method is to download the installer from the developer's website. You will find links to the software developers' websites on the subpage of each program. Below you will find some examples of software programs that support the GW file (so it is very possible that they can edit files in GW format).
