To edit PFT file, we strongly recommend installing software that works with PFT files. Of course, there are probably PFT Online Editors available, but none of them will be able to provide such a wide range of available options as dedicated software.
The installation of the program that supports the PFT file does not guarantee that the file can be edited. Additional information about the PFT file extension can be found here.
This is definitely the surest way. Try to open the PFT file with one of the programs and it will see if you can edit the PFT file. It's safest to download the software from the developer's website. Most of the file formats are simply text format saved under a different extension - so you can open them e.g. with Windows Notepad However, it's dangerous, you can permanently damage your PFT file.
