To edit VBI file, we strongly recommend installing software that works with VBI files. Using tools such as VBI Online Editors gives less editing possibilities than software adapted to work with the VBI file format.
Please note that not every program that supports VBI will allow you to edit the file. Additional information about the VBI file extension can be found here.
This is definitely the surest way. Use any of the programs that support the VBI file to check if it allows you to edit the file. It's safest to download the software from the developer's website. You will find links to the software developers' websites on the subpage of each program. List of sample programs supporting the VBI file below.

Some file formats are just plain text files that you can open with Notepad. However, it's dangerous, you can permanently damage your VBI file. If you make inappropriate changes and save the file, it may happen that you do not reopen the VBI file.. By far the safest way is to use file editing programs that works with the VBI extension.
