To edit WTML file, we strongly recommend installing software that works with WTML files. There are many tools known as WTML Online Editors, but it is not certain that they operate in a way that keeps the data contained in the file safe.
The installation of the program that supports the WTML file does not guarantee that the file can be edited. Additional information about the WTML file extension can be found here.
This is definitely the surest way. Use any of the programs that support the WTML file to check if it allows you to edit the file. It's safest to download the software from the developer's website.
