How to open PS file?

4. If PostScript Format is a file from the network or some other external source, it may be defective or incomplete. In this case, although one of the Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canvas programs is installed, the PostScript Format file cannot be opened. Re-downloading or copying the file may fix the problem.
