How to view GM file?

There are times when you only need to display the contents of the GM file. In this case, it is enough that you use the so-called GM Viewer. This type of tool is nothing more than a program or an online application that allows you to easily view the content of the data stored in the GM file. To view the content of the GM file, select one of the available options:

Software programs supporting files with GM extension

Our GM Viewer did not live up to what I expected? Choose something else For starters, we suggest installing software that supports GM files You can try to open your GM file with one of these applications. By choosing the option to install dedicated software, you will also be able to e.g. edit the GM file and sometimes even convert the GM file.

Note, however, that this solution requires you to download and install the software dedicated to handling the GM file on your device. Unfortunately, it is not possible to see the GM file online in this case. This solution is more problematic, but also allows for more processing options for the GM file. Below you will find a list of example applications that are dedicated to working with the GM file - for the full list go to GM File Opener

Other ways to view the GM file

If you haven't been able to preview the contents of the GM file yet, or you don't want to install any dedicated programming to handle these files, you can try something else. Many file types are simply text files or data archives. In this case, you can try to open your GM file with the simplest text editor, for example with "Notepad". I can at least to some extent let you see the contents of the file with the extension GM.

As in the case of Notepad, you can also use the data archiving program. Check if you can open your file with eg Winrar. If our theory proves to be correct, you should see the tree of files contained in the archive. To get information about what kind of data it is, go to the subpage with information about the GM file extension.
