If you still cannot see the contents of the HELP file, but also don't see the need to install dedicated software, then there are other solutions. Many file types are simply text files or data archives. If this is the case, you can try to preview the contents of HELP file with "Notepad". This does not guarantee success, but in most cases it will allow you to see the contents of the HELP file to some extent.
