There are times when you only need to display the contents of the HIC file. In this case, it is enough that you use the so-called HIC Viewer. Such a program allows us only to display the contents of the HIC file. To view the content of the HIC file, select one of the available options:

Note, however, that this solution requires you to download and install the software dedicated to handling the HIC file on your device. If you still cannot see the contents of the HIC file, but also don't see the need to install dedicated software, then there are other solutions. A large proportion of the data formats are simply archives or plain text files. In this case, it is likely that you will be able to view the contents of HIC with a normal "Notepad". This does not guarantee success, but in most cases it will allow you to see the contents of the HIC file to some extent.
The second attempt may be with a data archiving program. Open Winrar or Winzip and try to unpack your file. If the file is a data archive, you should see what individual files it consists of. Go to the information page about the HIC file extension. to see what kind of data it contains.
