If you haven't been able to preview the contents of the IDE file yet, or you don't want to install any dedicated programming to handle these files, you can try something else. A large proportion of the data formats are simply archives or plain text files. In this case, it is likely that you will be able to view the contents of IDE with a normal "Notepad".
