If you still cannot see the contents of the PWL file, but also don't see the need to install dedicated software, then there are other solutions. A lot of file formats contain plain text data or packed data. In this case, you can try to open your PWL file with the simplest text editor, for example with "Notepad". I can at least to some extent let you see the contents of the file with the extension PWL.

The second way is to use a data archiving program. Open Winrar or Winzip and try to unpack your file. If the file is a data archive, you should see what individual files it consists of. Go to the information page about the PWL file extension. to see what kind of data it contains.
