Sometimes you just need to see what is in the RLF file, without having to perform more complicated operations. Then the tools called RLF Viewer come in handy. In this case, you can try to open your RLF file with the simplest text editor, for example with "Notepad". I can at least to some extent let you see the contents of the file with the extension RLF.
As in the case of Notepad, you can also use the data archiving program. Open Winrar or Winzip and try to unpack your file.
