To edit PSU file, we strongly recommend installing software that works with PSU files. There are many tools known as PSU Online Editors, but it is not certain that they operate in a way that keeps the data contained in the file safe.

This is the best way. Use any of the programs that support the PSU file to check if it allows you to edit the file. It's safest to download the software from the developer's website.
