  5. Files ripped from external media or downloaded from the Internet may have a damaged structure. The FastPictureViewer Professional, CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, PaintShop Pro, IvanView programs will then not be able to open the JPEG 2000 Image file. Try to download or copy the file again.
