It often happens that you only need to preview the contents of the CEL file, without the need to edit or process the data contained in it. Then the tools called CEL Viewer come in handy. CEL viewer is some kind of simple tool that only allows you to view the contents of the CEL file. You have several options to view the contents of the CEL file:

By using the dedicated software you will have more options, e.g. editing the CEL file or converting the CEL file to a different file format.

You haven't seen the content of your CEL file yet and you don't need additional software? Try other options. A large proportion of the data formats are simply archives or plain text files. In this case, it is likely that you will be able to view the contents of CEL with a normal "Notepad". This does not guarantee success, but in most cases it will allow you to see the contents of the CEL file to some extent.
The second way is to use a data archiving program. Open Winrar or Winzip and try to unpack your file. If our theory proves to be correct, you should see the tree of files contained in the archive. Go to the information page about the CEL file extension. to see what kind of data it contains.
